A 45-60 minute sound bath as the moon rises, followed by a candle-lit labyrinth walk.

Bring a mat or blanket to lay on, something to cover yourself in case of temperature changes, water/tea to drink, comfortable clothing, anything you might need to comfortably lay on the ground/grass for the duration of the sound bath.
