Client Confidentiality
& Rights
All information shared between practitioner and client is confidential. By working together, you understand that you are entering into this experience as a consenting adult, with no guaranteed outcomes, and that my work does not constitute medical, legal, or psychiatric services.
If at any point either client or practitioner feels it is not beneficial to continue working together, that person has the right to step away from the agreement.
Please know that I aim to hold space in gentle ways with the spiritual services, but the process of transformation is often not without risk and challenge. I also cannot control the outcome of any situation and am not to be held responsible for the actions and decisions of the client.
Please keep in mind that it’s up to you to filter all information through your own self-awareness. In fact, I hold the belief that the client/patient knows a lot about what it is they need, so it is my job to listen, reflect, and guide.
It is imperative you allow yourself to trust your intuition on what feels right, to explore, experiment, and experience, and not just accept something as true for you because someone else you perceive to be a master (me) tells you so.

Scheduling, Payment, Cancellation Policy
Payment is expected upon agreement to work together, so 48 hours before a scheduled appointment.

After you have an appointment scheduled on the calendar, you may reschedule or cancel with 48 hours' notice. After 2 rescheduled appointments, payment will be forfeited.
No-call No-shows are also considered forfeited payment.
I understand that sometimes emergencies come up, or the timing doesn’t feel right, so we can discuss options if I receive communication from you.
But, please consider that last-minute cancellations affect my family's schedule and other clients. If you are late, we will not go over time, but stick to the scheduled timeframe (for example, if the appointment is scheduled at 1 pm for an hour, and you arrive at 1:20, we will go till 2 pm unless I can extend the time).
