Sound, singing, writing, music, performance, and creative expression are as integral to my life as the healing work I do. From a young age, music taught me how to listen and how to respond, which are two important aspects of how I hold space for others and myself.

I still write, sing, play, and perform, which, as a spiritual practice, continues to take me deeper into the ultimate divine mysteries — that of creation and destruction, life and death, love and loss.
