As we understand and release limiting conditions from cultural, colonial, political, ancestral beliefs and ideologies, we can open up and relax into the dance of being.

In a non-ordinary state, I navigate the Other World with my Spirit Helpers for vision, healing, integration, wisdom, and connection.
I believe that one of the major causes of illness is soul loss. “Soul” has many meanings, and here it means vital essence. Soul loss occurs when we experience a traumatic event and part of the soul goes into hiding for survival. This can look like illness, mental health issues, lack of vitality, a looming feeling that something is “off” but you’re not sure what, periods of “bad luck,” and repeating challenging events.
Through entering non-ordinary reality and working with my guides, I can track the part of the soul ready to be found, invite your guides to support its healing and welcome it back for integration. During this session, you will be laying down comfortably, with your eyes closed. You may have various somatic experiences, visions, and emotional responses, but the majority of the time you will likely feel as if you were meditating or about to take a nap, and the bulk of the work will be done by me and shared with you in detail afterward.

Spirit Guide Retrieval
(for children, too!)
In a trance, I journey to the Spirit World to find and connect you with one of your helping spirits. Once they’ve been introduced, I’ll teach you how to nurture a relationship with them and call on them for wisdom, healing, and protection.
This is a really great way to get started with spiritual work and connecting to our Powers if you’re new to it, or if you’re just needing some support in connecting to the guides you already have.
I offer sessions and classes for children and teens focusing on Power Animals and Plants to encourage connection with the Earth, building and trusting intuition, feeling protected, and creating rites of passage.
The indigenous model is to invite children into awareness and relationship with spirits around them and even teach them to journey to power animals. Not for the sake of wisdom, cos their minds are too young and developing, but to feel supported, protected, and connected. Lots of indigenous tribes would know what a soul came to Earth to do and that would be a piece of traditional childrearing and guidance, meaning when those things are starting to be expressed, they are identified by the adults, then supported and nurtured. But, such community support and rites of passage aren't present in the dominant culture.*

Sound Meditation
Sound baths / meditation, or what’s known as “sound healing” (which I put in quotes because you make the healing happen), is about restoring the natural vibration of vitality to the body since our bodies can be tuned like an instrument and match the frequency of another resonating, sounding object.
All matter in the Universe is moving and vibrating. Atoms in the body of any being and object are in motion, resonating at various frequencies. Sound is a wave of vibrations moving through a medium and whether we can physically hear the sound or not, the vibrations reach and merge with us.
There are as many ways to experience this as there are people- some experience deep relaxation, some receive visions, some feel stuck energy released through sensations in the body, activation / high energy, calmness, etc. It uses rhythm and frequencies to shift our brainwaves into a calmer, more meditative state. From this place of passive-participatory reception, we can open up to our body and our soul’s innate sense of safety and well-being.
In sound baths, I create the auric atmosphere and high-frequency sound containers with gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, bells, and guided meditation.

Divination
Divination is the art of allowing Divine Inspiration to flow through us. It’s a good way to open up to messages regarding spiritual and mundane questions, to provide comfort in uncertainty, clarity in confusion, and a course of action in distressing times.
Utilizing various oracular methods with a combination of skill and intuition, I open up to the inspiration of the Spirits to relay illuminated perspectives, reveal underlying causes, and bring through messages from your Wise Ancestors & Powers.
I believe in Fate & Free Will. What I mean, is that I believe there are fate patterns that get placed in our lives, but that we always have the power of making decisions. We can always rewrite our stories.

Reiki
A session of hands-on or hands-hovering above the client’s body, channeling life force energy (Reiki) which knows exactly where to go and where it’s needed most in the client, The energy activates the client’s own healing codes and inner vision. It can be a beneficial method for stress relief, relaxation, emotional and mental calm, physical support, pain relief, as a practice in finding safety in your body, allowing it to communicate and learning how to listen to it.
It can also involve energy extraction if the client is experiencing any “attachments” or “entities” (put in quotes because I don’t actually believe in attachments/entities in the way most people do). As well as guided self-inquiry, somatic experiencing, & shamanic practices (note, I am not calling myself a shaman, but saying I use and engage in shamanic practices).
Though I am trained in traditional Japanese Reiki: Gokuiden (Master Teacher), in an effort to decolonize Reiki and the large amounts of cultural erasure and whitewashing in Western wellness, I do not feel comfortable calling myself a Reiki Master. In my Reiki work, I honor the lineage of Reiki Masters before me and I honor this precious life energy.
I also focus on the forms of energy work that have been revealed to me by my guides and that are in alignment with my blood ancestry and lineage.
